Business Account Opening Document Requirements
- We’ve provided a list of financial document requirements based on business type. In order to establish a business membership at High Point FCU, you’ll need to supply specific documents.
What documentation do I need to establish a business membership at High Point FCU?
SOLE PROPRIETOR / DBA:
- Original Business (or DBA) Certificate with County Clerk stamp
- EIN Letter stating the TAX ID # of the Sole Proprietorship (Sole Proprietor may use their social security number as the business Tax ID #) from the IRS
- Valid Identification and social security numbers for all authorized signers
PARTNERSHIPS:
- Certificate of Registration with State Filing Receipt or Certificate of Assumed Name of Partnership
- Partnership Agreement
- EIN Letter stating the TAX ID # for the Partnership
- Valid Identification and social security numbers for all authorized signers
LLC – LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY:
- Articles of Organization with State Filing Receipt
- Operating Agreement
- EIN Letter stating the TAX ID # of the LLC
- Valid Identification and social security numbers for all authorized signers
CORPORATIONS:
- Certificate of Incorporation with State Filing Receipt
- Corporate Bylaws
- EIN Letter stating the TAX ID # of the Corporation
- Valid Identification and social security numbers for all authorized signers
ASSOCIATIONS / CLUBS / OTHER BUSINESS ENTITIES:
- Letter or Meeting Minutes from Organization
- EIN Letter stating the TAX ID # of the Organization
- Valid Identification and social security numbers for all authorized signers
